DIECAST DIEHARDS

Some of you are already familiar with this type of crude & primitive, but rather effective, method to capture order requests (form template did not allow for multiple selection drop-downs or check-boxes, thus a little bit of copy & paste is required) - this is the same manner we did for the Exclusive Event Cars of DME25 & ADE25 which proved rather successful.

IMPORTANT: we are not Stocking, Selling nor Re-Selling any "Oz Wheels Exclusive" cars (as noted below), but merely offering an opportunity to assist any of our members who want these cars from this weekend, without having to be there (physically, or virtually), and to get them at the same event pricing R.R.P. but with the addition of a nominal Handling Fee.

Please note, our understanding at time of publishing, that:

1. "Oz Wheels Exclusive" cars are not coming to Official Stockists, whereas "Nationwide Release" cars will be coming to Official Stockists.
2. "Oz Wheels Exclusive" cars will be available to purchase at events Oz Wheels attends/hosts throughout 2026 (sounds like there's going to be plenty of stock).
3. "Oz Wheels Exclusive" cars will also be available to purchase direct via the Oz Wheels website during/around-the-same-time-as such events (sounds like there's going to be plenty of opportunity).
4. "Nationwide Release" cars are going to be dispatched to Official Stockists, such as ourselves Diecast Diehards, likely to arrive in the next 2-3 weeks.
5. "Nationwide Release" cars will be listed for pre-order or for sale by Diecast Diehards at R.R.P (as set out by Oz Wheels) in-line with our existing pricing policy.
6. "Nationwide Release" cars, will be listed for pre-order soon (probably mid-next week). But at this very moment, these items cannot be listed for pre-order (or for sale) by us or other Official Stockists, because official communication has NOT yet been sent out to us (such comms advises of allocation quantities, wholesale pricing, R.R.P. and other terms of sale which may also include an embargo period).  We are however taking names for a Pre-Order Wait-List for these items so that we can alert those on it immediately open the moment we can go live with pre-orders.
7. "Nationwide Release" cars will also be able for purchase from Oz Wheels at their trade stall during SummerNats.

So, before you proceed, as per above, note that there will be other opportunities to get these items either via ourselves or via Oz Wheels, and at R.R.P. but without the Handling Fees.  But if you must be amongst the first, then read on, copy n paste at will, and submit the form.

NOTES / T&Cs:

• order requests will be done in order of first in first served,  We will contact you via phone.or e-mail.
• there is a flat rate $18 handling fee (per order) PLUS a $2 handling fee per carded item (this goes towards our logistical costs of co-ordinating with resources on the ground and transportation of items back up to Brisbane.
• it will require a PayID transfer of the correct amount prior to any purchases.
• There is no guarantee you will be able to get what you want, we will refund any unused funds (DO NOT SEND any funds until we've contacted you).
• Successful purchases will be available for collection from Brisbane (or posted from Brisbane, shipping fees will apply).
• Limits of no more than two unique item of each per person/order apply.  Unless specifically stated next to the pasted item a qty of 2 (e.g. "x 2"), it shall be deemed that only one of each item pasted below is wanted.
• Submit the form only once, we will contact you (but it wont be immediately - these next few hours and next few days are going to be hectic).
• Orders submitted after 10am on 10th Jan most likely wont get fulfilled.
