OFFICIAL: Our 2nd Round (and final) Allocation stock was assigned last week, we should take delivery on Fri, 18th October.

All first allocation pre-orders^ have all been dispatched, and most of those that elected to collect from us at one of our upcoming events have since collected.

Yes, these are SEALED cases we are handing over, and we have already had reports back of chase vehicles being discovered - congrat's!

Again, please note that, as per the terms of sale of this pre-order item, any delays from the manufacturer or the distributor are outside of our control.

Thus, at this stage we shall estimate our taking delivery of the second batch on our around 29th October (obviously with updates as we get closer to that date).

Need to cancel?  Reach out to us!  Given the circumstances of extreme delays with this particular pre-order, we will process any cancellation request without penalty (i.e. no restocking fee, no admin fee), even if the request is before the 120-day pre-order dispatch guarantee date (i.e. recent pre-orders placed, and paid for, within the last 115 days).

NB: with any of our Pre-Orders, cancellations of unfulfilled orders after our "pre-order dispatch guarantee date" are automatically penalty-free.

We are still awaiting additional news from our supplier (since their last on 20th Sep) in relation to when OUR stock allocation will be ready.  And just as soon as we know, we'll be letting you all know ...

Yep, it is true, we are beginning to see these on the pegs in some of the big auto part store chains.  But we do expect to be further down the processing list from large, nationwide store groups (and some of those much larger on-line stores) ... so it should be only a few more sleeps now ...

And, of course, we are also not privy to the decisions behind why Series Two Oz Wheels were made available direct to public ahead of via authorised retailer channels... So pls note that any comment by that direct-to-public entity along the lines of "all pre-orders have been fulfilled" would be in relation to THEIR DIRECT customers, and NOT US authorised retailer channels (we purchase from a different wholesale distributor entity) and NOT in relation to OUR pre-order customers (you & your pre-orders).

We hope this again helps to clarify some of the interwebs chatter.

As fellow diehard collectors, we share both your excitement and your FOMO, and of course would have liked nothing more than to be amongst the first with bragging rights.  But rest assured, your pre-order with Diecast Diehards is secure, and WILL be processed^ in due course.

You may also take some comfort in knowing that we have previously delivered on all PIF^ pre-orders: OWS1, HW Holden Twin Pack, DDA's Inferno A9X, and many others ... 

Please also understand that we do not have the bandwidth overhead to be able to update each and every pre-order each and every time the Wild Wild Web kicks off with opinions and speculations about the distribution and availability of OWS2.

Nor will we hound our distributor(s) every other day chasing for updates - clearly the hype and demand regarding Oz Wheels is very high, so they will be doing the best they can with the resources they have to process, allocate and distribute such stock, and they shall afford us another update just as soon as they have something substantial to communicate ... 

We will however continue to update individual orders when we have OFFICIAL information that relates to us and our ability to fulfil that customer's order.

OFFICIAL: OK, the official word from OUR supplier is "Landing Soon", in their mass comms earlier today they indicated that; in order to streamline dispatch (once the OWS2 stock is at hand) they've started booking customers (that us and other authorised retailers) with their third party transport company - i.e. we would be getting a tracking number but without it necessarily being dispatched (immediately).

So, if you're seeing comments/post from others out in the Wild Wild Web that believe that their pre-ordered OWS2 is already "on the way" - well, that may be the case (if they ordered retail directly from the manufacturer), or it could be the same scenario as the rest of us: i.e. a tracking number ahead of the actual dispatch ... either way, as an authorised retailer of DDA products (including Oz Wheels) such matters have little-to-no bearing on our own stock arrival and that of the fulfillment of our customers' pre-orders, as our supplier has told us:

1. that they will dispatch OWS2 within the days following receipt, and that
2. they haven't received just as of yet.

Hope this helps to clarify some of the chatter.  As usual, we will send out an update just as soon as we get official word.  Thanks again for your continued patience regarding the release and dispatch of Oz Wheels S2.

OFFICIAL: The Oz Wheels Series Two single vehicles series sets will be split over two shipments, thus as will our stock allocation be split also.

We will be processing and fulfilling orders chronologically, starting with those with the earliest (oldest) by paid-in-full receipted date being handled first. Thus, some later orders will be fulfilled from stock from the second shipment.

The first shipment is scheduled for arrival early-to-mid September^, but remains subject to any external logistical factors. The second shipment is scheduled for approximately three weeks after the first shipment.

Thus, at this stage, as per the above, our likely ready-for-dispatch (shipping/collection) are:

• FIRST ROUND, 2nd-3rd Week of September.
• SECOND ROUND, 1st-2nd Week of October.
